Question 1:  What size of organization are you able to assist?

 

Depending on the nature of work required and the availability of our practitioners, we will be able to assist most organizations ranging from ten to two thousand employees.

 

Question 2:  Do you charge by the hour or by the day?

 

EXCEL Workplace Services (EWS) policy for onsite billing is on an organization by organization basis. In general, the type of billing used depends on factors such as how many hours a project requires, the distance to our client’s location and the type of intervention program desired. For most projects, the privileges of client exclusivity requiring our experts to put other clients needs secondary means onsite work involves a daily flat fee plus travel expenses.  However, how we bill a project depends on the client needs, the scope and duration of a project, based on what makes most sense for a perspective organization.

 

Question 3:  For on-site training do you charge by the learner?

 

On-site training is a flat day rate regardless of the amount of learners present.  Besides our current list of workshop titles, we are able to develop customized content and training delivery based on the needs of your organization.  Please speak to our Administrative Director for specific details or read more here of how our on-site training services work.

Question 4:  I am not sure you can help us with our HR needs.  How do I know you are the right fit for us?

 

We're not sure either which is why before planning or proposing any ideas wiht a client, we like to sit down, discuss and analyze your current organizational challenges, needs and goals.  In the end if we can't help you, we'll try to find someone who can.

Question 5:  Does my organization have a serious problem?

 

This is a very good question to answer.  The truth is your organization may have several problems which are somehow connected.  Or you may think you know what your problem is, but in reality it is something else entirely.  On the other hand, your organization may not have a problem at all.  Engaging the expert services of an outside organization, allows for fresh ideas, perspectives and a impartial review of your situation.  At EXCEL, we have the expertise to evaluate your organization and give you a clear analysis of how to best move forward.
